the suite that never lets a deadline slip
A modular suite in production — it reads the Brazilian court gazette for the firm's bar registrations, extracts the deadline from inside the publication and turns it into a task with an owner. Confirmation always stays with the lawyer.
STEP 01 · WATCH
The gazette arrives before you do
It queries the court gazette twice a day for the firm’s registered bar numbers. The AI reads the full publication and answers three things: which deadline this is, how many days, and when it falls due.
STEP 02 · FLOW
The deadline becomes someone’s work
Every deadline found becomes a card on the board, with an owner, a date and a status. Confirmation is always human, and it is logged with name and timestamp.
STEP 03 · COCKPIT
One screen answers what is at risk
Everything the modules produce lands in a single panel, ordered by urgency. Nobody has to open six places to know whether the week is under control.

Licensing model
Licensing is sized by the firm’s headcount — 1 to 3, 4 to 10 and 11 to 20 lawyers — and not by seat: access covers the whole team, including the staff who follow publications day to day.
Contest is licensed on its own terms, sized by the defendant-client litigation volume rather than by the number of lawyers.
House rules
Nothing is invented. An unverified citation blocks delivery; a finding without literal wording in the document is discarded.
Counsel in control. Every step requires human confirmation and is logged with name, date and time.
Data in São Paulo. Each organization sees only its own data, under a written data processing agreement.
